Paul Okoye of P-Square and his bride-to-be Anita Isama are tying the knot the traditional way on Saturday 22nd March 2014 in Port Harcourt, Rivers.
They recently had their pre-wedding photoshoot at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lagos and disclosed how colorful the wedding will be.
“It is going to be a carnival, a lot of culture. We are infusing the River State culture with the Igbo culture as well. We are going to have lots of music from different parts of Nigeria. We are trying to make it traditional” they disclosed.
On how they met, the lovebirds said “We’ve married since. It’s just now that we want to make it official. We’ve known each other for 10 years. That was when I was in school, that was in my final year. She was a Jambite. She was my duping manager”
Cutting in, Anita said ““It was fun and exciting. We had plenty adventures back in school, young and very dubious. I fell for him in my first year at the University. He was a chasing a friend of mine and came to our room to greet her. Paul met me, greeted me and told me I looked like Britney Spears and from there we became friends”
After 10 years, the two are ready to be man and wife. “We had trying times but we had to wait for the right time when we are both ready” confesses Anita.
“I’m glad that finally we are doing this, and she gave me a lovely boy. The boy is my everything for me. I’m glad and happy that I am finally settling down. It’s all good” says Paul.
