Sad news reaching us show that NTV’s Gabriel Epenu was involved in a car accident in the wee hours of Saturday night which claimed his friend Edgar Were.
Epenu,who is still in coma according to our source is currently admitted at Mulago Hospital where he is fighting for his dear life in Intensive Care.

Sources indicate that Epenu and his late pal Were were from a birthday party in Kayunga. The accident happened around Ntawo near Festino City in Mukono.
They were in a car from a birthday party in Mukono when they knocked a trailer which was carrying coffee. They were four in the car around Festino in Mukono and Epenu was driving a Toyota Prado UNA 221Q. The accident happened at around 3am.
Iryn Namubiru arrived at the scene shortly after the accident at around 4am.
