Serena based television, NTV Uganda is in crisis as several members of its staff have quit. The massive exodus has left the station in intensive care where a number of big names ranging from reporters to news anchors to camera men have abandoned the station.
Solomon Serwanjjja who worked with the station for the last five years left the station to join NBS. Other staff members who have left the station include news anchor Rukh Shana Namuyimba, Political reporter Maurice Ochol and Godfrey Badebye who has been working as a camera man.
To add salt to the wound, Florence Naluyimba also recently left for further studies, leaving a vacuum at the station.
This is so far the biggest exodus in the history of television in the country.
