He has been formerly famed for the Olive awards and Crest awards and now Edwin Musiime is set to launch an even more thrilling experience of an expo in real estate.
“At the Homes and Construction Expo we believe that creating successful sustainable residential and commercial real estate is about people, not about bricks and mortar,” says Musiime the brand’s Chairman and CEO Vine Africa.
The vision was inspired by a desire to play a role in realizing the fulfillment of President Museveni’s vision 2040 for Uganda. In 2007, Cabinet approved the National Vision Statement, “A Transformed Ugandan Society from a Peasant to a Modern and Prosperous Country within 30 years.”
“I believe these 30 years cannot be taken as a mouthful but with each step in the right direction we can get the country there. I have special admiration for Dubai as global hub for architecture. President Museveni is expected to open the event and give a key note on the real estate industry potential.
The homes & construction Expo is set to emerge as the hugest national property expo in East Africa. The H&C Expo is an annual event, the first of its’ kind, which will take place at the Kampala Serena Hotel – Victoria Hall, over three days from the 24th- 27th April 2014.
The event one of its kind is hosting real estate game changers from Dubai, Turkey, UK, South Africa and Kenya.
