Irene Ntale’s maiden concert that was slated for 28th August at Hotel Africana has been cancelled. This comes following a collision with Konshens – Busy Signal battle which will also take place on 28th  August at Lugogo Cricket Oval. The announcement was made by Swang Avenue’s Benon in a statement that read:

“We regret to inform the general public and Irene Ntale fans that the maiden concert of our artist Irene Ntale that was to be staged Friday 28th August 2015 at Hotel Africana will not take place as earlier communicated.

This decision has been reached after extensive consultations with all prospective sponsors and partners. A new date will be communicated once all involved parties re-align their different schedules.

This change will not affect the release of Irene Ntale’s album and a release date will be communicated independently from a launch date. We appreciate your continued support.

Yours,
Benon Mugumbya
Swangz Avenue”
