Big Talent boss, Eddy Kenzo, fired two of his members, Geosteady (Who joined the music crew in April this year) and Tip Swizzy for allegedly absconding from work.
According to Kenzo, the two singers had not performed at any of the over five shows where the company had been hired in the last 30 days. This was reason enough for him to swing the axe.
Sources close to Geosteady and Tip Swizzy however have intimated to us that the duo couldn’t put up with Kenzo anymore.
They claim to have quite the group weeks before Kenzo even thought of firing them. Apparently, the Sitya Loss singer wanted to initiate them into practices that they are not comfortable with.
According to the source, the duo rejected these practices which their boss insisted would make them better vocally and make them very famous.
Kenzo still maintains that he fired them because they didn’t show up at performances in Kasengero, Mbale, Iganga, Mukono and Nabugabo yet they were under contract to perform at these events.
