Musicians Geoffrey Lutaaya and his wife Irene Namatovu have finally received their car that had been stolen last week after they were waylaid by armed robbers at Kalamba village in Butambala district.
Following investigations by police, their car, a Toyota Alphard registration number UAY 544Q was finally recovered and handed over to the singers on Wednesday. The singers’ joy was palpable as they received their car keys.
Geoffrey Lutaaya and Irene Namatovu who were in company of three of their crew members were heading back to Kampala, from a music show in Kanoni town, Gomba district when the attack happened.
