Eddy Kenzo has revealed what to expect at his upcoming Mbilo Mbilo concert slated for August 14th, 2015 at hotel Africana.
Speaking at a press conference held at hotel African today, Kenzo thanked the media and all his fans worldwide for the unconditional yet continued support they have offered him through the years. Kenzo emphasised that the Mbilo Mbilo concert will be an opportunity for him to celebrate with his fans, all his achievements mainly his prestigious BET award.
“I wanted to do a concert when my fans are still excited about my historical win at the BET awards. This concert will be to celebrate my achievements in the industry,” Kenzo said. “I am excited and very ready for the concert. I can not wait to thrill all my fans at the concert.”
Kenzo who is also an Airtel ambassador, further highlighted that the concert will be an opportunity to re-echo the important message that “you too can make a difference for yourself and the society around you. If Eddy Kenzo can do it, so can anyone with a dream and ambition in life.”
His new manager Suudiman also added that they will have the best music production equipment to ever be used at hotel Africana and security will be tight. He further revealed that they have lined up a surprise artiste from outside East Africa for the concert.
The concert will be graced by several dignitaries including the US ambassador who will be the guest of honour.
The Mbilo Mbilo concert will be held on Friday August 14th at hotel Africana people space. Entrance to the show is 20,000 for general sitting and 50,000 for VIP.
The concert which is proudly sponsored by Airtel Uganda and Pepsi among others.
