Jose Chameleone

Musician Dr. Jose Chameleone’s upcoming concert dubbed “Legend: Hit after Hit” has been hit by a big blow.

We have learnt that singer, whose concert was slated for 19th May at Lugogo Cricket Oval, will be forced to change his concert date again or opt for a new venue. This comes after his concert date collided with the 2017 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament.

According to events security guru, Dixon Bond Okello, the Uganda Cricket Association, which is in charge and maintains Cricket Oval, will be hosting a World Cricket League game at the venue on that day.

The International Cricket Council(ICC) approved a proposal for the tournament to be held in Uganda in October 2016. The 2017 ICC World Cricket League Division Three tournament will take place in Uganda from 21 to 31 May 2017 with matches scheduled to take place in Lugogo, Kyambogo and Entebbe.
