In a CCTV recording that has been leaked to BigEye.ug, we’ve learned that Ivan Kamyuka may soon walk out of Jail a free man as the recording seems to vindicate him. Our expert analysts who viewed the video for over two hours trying to dissect every second of it have laid down the following conclusions.
“In the recording, one sees an already drunk Johnnie approaching the couple. It then seems like Ivan Kamyuka with his body language warns him against trying anything stupid that he will miserably pay for. In the minutes that follow, Johnnie to prove that he’s not a coward gets a glass and hurls it towards the couple. The glass ends up hitting Nina, his ex and she lets out a hollow scream according to her body language in the recording.
Ivan Kamyuka now annoyed, picks up one of the fragments of the glass and takes a swipe at Johnnie’s head who in trying to dodge the punch holding a glass fragment ends up exposing his carotid artery thus getting it slashed. It is because of this carotid artery cut that the blood ended up splashing out of his neck in a torrential form.
If any of you has slaughtered an animal, expert butchers always aim for this artery. It instantly kills the animal and thus has the same effect on the human being. It is clear that no expert doctor would have saved Johnnie in this moment. Because of the too much blood that was oozing out, he begins to look unconscious in the video and there’s a high chance he’s dead by the time they take him out of Club Guvnor.
But to make matters worse, alcohol increases the blood pressure and in times of fights such as these, blood will ooze out of the body with a higher pressure than usual.
In the CCTV recording, it’s all clear that Ivan Kamyuka is playing to his chivalry instincts of trying to protect his woman. Johnnie (RIP) if alive could have also been facing a case for starting a fight and trying to aim a glass at the couple. Thus, Ivan Kamyuka though took a punch that led to the eventual death of Johnnie, he could go scot-free going by the CCTV recording as he seems to be acting in self-defense from an attacker.”
