The much talked about song, Byekwaso, recently released by the ghetto gladiator, H.E Bobi Wine, will be accompanied by a video soon that is expected to make it more popular. The singer has revealed he will be travelling back to his home village, Kanoni, to shoot the video of the song.
In a facebook post, Bobi Wine explains the inspiration of the song – Byekwaso and where got the idea from. He wrote; “That sweet old village called Kanoni whereI grew up from, there lived a man called#BYEKWASO, this guy had a lot of influence on me even more than my own father. It is this man that inspired me to sing this songcalled #BYEKWASO. Tomorrow am taking a trip back to that little village to shoot the video, it’s a true story and we are intendingto make the video as real as possible.#18thoctoberBusabalafest.”
Recently, he described the song Byekwaso as one of the moments where he was thinking out loud and decided to pen it.
