Sudan giants Al Hilal Omdurman are still hopeful that Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic will be joining them soon even when the Serbian himself continues to pledge his commitment to Uganda football.

Micho’s contract with the Uganda Cranes expires in May this year but despite the fact that no contract extensions have been tabled by the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA), his future with the team continues to hang in balance.

“It’s just a question of when. There are also questions of how and who pays for the remainder of the contract he has with the federation. There is no way Al Hilal would announce Micho as coach without talking to him. There was an agreement,” sources form Sudan told the New Vision.

Micho thinks it would be a betrayal to the Ugandans if he left minus fulfilling his contract.
