    Airtel Uganda, the smartphone network has revamped its popular Pakalast product; increasing the benefits for customers who subscribe to the product.

    Initially introduced in 2015, My Pakalast continues to offer individualized segmented offers to our Customers.

    For as low as UGX 200 to as high as UGX 5,000 customers can enjoy any of the packages which offer a combination of calls from Airtel to Airtel customers, SMS and data bundles.

    Commenting on the My Pakalast product, Airtel Uganda Head of Usage and Retention, Nellie Mwandha said, “We have always promised our customers customized products which cater to their individual needs and My Pakalast affirms to this promise. My Pakalast is unique in that it offers our subscribers voice calls to fellow Airtel subscribers, in addition to SMS and data bundles. Therefore, the Airtel customer will have the freedom to communicate in three different ways; all depending on the wallet size.”

    “This offer lasts 24 hours from the time of subscription; Airtel subscribers only have to dial *149*1# to select a My Pakalast bundle of choice,” she concluded.
