Musician A-Pass has for the last two days chocked Flavia Tumusiime with love messages both on his Facebook wall and in her private inbox. The singer who clearly wants to have a relationship with the TV star could end up in jail if he doesn’t follow the proper rules of dating.
According to our legal sources, Flavia could drag A-Pass to the coolers for harassing her using the internet. Cyber harassment is an offence before the law which is punished using the Computer Misuse Act 2011 in Uganda. According to section 24 of the Act;
Cyber harassment. (1) A person who commits cyber harassment is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding seventy two currency points or imprisonment not exceeding three years or both.
Although Flavia has ignored A-Pass’ confessions that he loves her and wants to kiss her, the singer has persistently posted on her wall, used her images to say all sorts of love things that he can.
We will keep you posted.
